Anything else I should know?
Here are some pieces of etiquette that will help make your studio mōrro experience most enjoyable:
- Please remove your shoes and store them on the shoe shelf as you enter.
- Sign in at the front desk before proceeding to the changing rooms.
- Please respect the silence in the yoga room at all times. This is our chance to relax and take a break from our busy schedules.
- Be scent-free: no perfumes, colognes, or fragrances.
- Please leave bags and personal belonging in changing areas or lockers.
- Please leave the practice room as quietly and slowly as possible once you are ready to leave. Try to not disrupt the other students staying for a long Savasana.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Late comers cannot be permitted.

We do not allow late entry into classes, no exceptions. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class to ensure that we are able to start our class on time.

Membership Terms
All membership contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
You may cancel your next month’s membership at any time after the commitment fulfillment.
To cancel your membership, email info@morroyoga.com at least 30 days prior to the expiration of your current month and we will cancel your auto renewing membership.
Registration Policy
We never want you to miss your favourite yoga class. The only way to guarantee your spot in class ahead of time is to register online.
As long as you arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins, you are 100% guaranteed a spot if you have registered online. After the 10 minute mark, we may open your spot away to a student on standby. Even with an online registration, you must still check in with us at the desk before you go to the change room. We promise not to start class without you!
Cancellation Policy
If you have registered for class but then life happened and you can no longer make it. Here is what to do to avoid No Show Charges:
- Go to the studio mōrro app
- Cancel the class you have booked yourself into
- That’s it!
You can cancel your reservation with no penalty up to 6 hours before class starts (2 hours if you are on a recurring monthly membership), though we ask that you cancel as soon as you can, so your spot can be given to someone else. If you cancel less than 6 hours before class (2 hours if you are on a recurring monthly membership), it is considered a Late Cancel, and your account will be charged for the class. If you do not cancel at all, it is considered a No Show and your account will be charged for the class + $20 fee.
Of course, we know that things are not always in your control, as we will always err on the side of understanding, so if something comes up and you are unable to cancel, please let us know by emailing us! We cannot guarantee we will receive your e-mail before the start of class, but will always do our best to accommodate extenuating circumstances.
*We do not take cancellations via email, social media or over the phone.
Freezing Policy
In addition to our new and improved memberships, we are eliminating the freezing of accounts. If you are medically unable to attend classes, you may request a medical freeze for up to six (6) months. Please reach out to info@morroyoga.com to request. Freezing memberships for any period of time does not relieve you from any minimum monthly membership commitment, as may be required for certain types of memberships.
After a season of deep reflection, we have decided to make these changes for several reasons. Primarily, we want to make our unlimited memberships more accessible to more people. For us to do so, it’s important that we review our terms and conditions and ensure that they are mutually beneficial.
No more pauses on the path to wellness—let’s roll out our mats, breathe deeply, and get back to the practice that grounds us, energizes us, and keeps us centered in the chaos of life.
Waitlist Policy
If online registration is full for a class, you can (and should) put yourself on the waitlist in hopes of getting on your mat. It really works! If someone cancels their reservation, the first person on the waitlist will get bumped into class, and the second person on the waitlist moves into the new spot. You will be notified via email if you get bumped from the waitlist to the class, so keep an eye on your inbox.
*It is assumed that by being on the waitlist, you will be able to take the class if you get in. If you no longer wish to take class, please remember to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you fail to remove yourself and are added to the class within our cancellation period, it will be a late cancel and you will forfeit the class. If you do not get off the waitlist, the class will be credited to your account for future use. Please note, the waitlist closes 1 hour prior to the class start time at which point you can no longer be put into the class.
